The resources below were created by me, as a non-specialist, so in some cases recipes have been simplified to make lessons easier to manage.  They are based on 1 hour single lessons so some practicals are split.  There are generally ingredients slips for students to take home, a method sheet that can be projected, a written task and an evaluation sheet.
