Terms and Conditions

             1. Payment by cheque (payable to LKC training Ltd) is due 7 days prior to course date, or first course date if a series of
                 courses have been booked, or in Somerset, payment by BACS (Vendor Number 11016897)

             2. Courses will only run if the minimum number of delegates have paid for their courses.  Delegates will be informed if a
                 course is not running at least 7 days in advance of the course date, and a mutually convenient substitute date will be offered 
                 at no extra charge.           

             3. Certificates can only be issued by DATA.  The current charge is £25 for the initial accreditation and £10 for further
                 accreditation.  Invoices are issued by DATA when accreditation is requested by the delegate.
